Delivery

We use the GLS and BOXNOW delivery services for package delivery. 

Orders placed on weekdays by 1pm are shipped the same day and in most cases within Croatia via GLS should be delivered the next business day.

GLS – delivery process

The service includes an SMS and/or email notification to the recipient about the package delivery time, delivery address and any delivery fee. The second email or SMS message arrives in the morning on the day of delivery and contains a 3-hour delivery time interval.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the recipient receives a notification and can choose one of the following options:
 – Delivery at a new time
 – Delivery to another address
 – Giving consent to leave the package at the agreed location without the recipient's signature (does not apply to packages with cash on delivery)
 – Personal collection of the package at the nearest GLS regional warehouse, Parcel Machine or Parcel Shop
 – Refusal to pick up the package.

The delivery price within Croatia for orders less than 79.99 EUR is 5 EUR, and for orders greater than 80 EUR it is free.

The price of delivery to Slovenia for orders less than EUR 79.99 is EUR 5, and for orders greater than EUR 80 it is free. The package should be delivered in 1-2 working days.

The cost of delivery to Austria and Germany for orders less than EUR 119.99 is EUR 9, and for orders greater than EUR 120 it is free. The package should be delivered in 3-4 working days.
