The procedure for ordering, contracting, delivery, payment and complaints of products offered on the website www.love-lashes.eu is regulated through these General Terms and Conditions.

Article II – Products

HEAD specializes in selling eyelash extension materials. The product range includes high-quality eyelash extensions, adhesives, applicators, and other accessories and supplies for professional eyelash extension. 
All product prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT. 
HEAD reserves the right to change prices and conditions without prior notice.

Article III. – Ordering products

Ordering products is done electronically by adding the product to the shopping cart and submitting the order. The order is considered confirmed upon receipt of an e-mail confirmation. HEAD may refuse the order or limit sales to certain users or territories. All product descriptions or prices are subject to change.

Article IV – Payment Methods

Customers can pay for products via cash on delivery, bank transfer, card payment through the Stripe platform (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) or KeksPay. The price of delivery is not included in the price of the product.

Article V. – Delivery

The ordered goods will be delivered within the specified time period. The buyer is obliged to check the goods upon receipt and immediately report any damage or deviations from the ordered quantity.

Article VI. – Complaints

Customers may contact HEAD by e-mail at info.headdoo@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of the shipment in case of dissatisfaction, damage or deviation from the order. Return or exchange of goods is possible according to the conditions stated on the website. For proper handling of complaints and returns, customers are referred to the special “Complaints” section on the website.

Article VII – Protection of personal data

All personal data of customers will be treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. HEAD will use this data only for the purpose of fulfilling the order and providing services. Details on the collection and use of consumer personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy on the website.

Article VIII – Security of online payments

Online payments are made through a secure system. HEAD uses Stripe, which ensures complete confidentiality of card data and meets all online payment security requirements. Customers are encouraged to use additional security measures, such as 3D Secure authentication.
