Return and exchange of goods

1. Product return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving the shipment. When returning, please follow these steps:

      • The product must be undamaged, the packaging undamaged and in its original condition.

      • Please attach the original invoice or proof of purchase.

      • The refund will be made after we receive and inspect the returned product.
